Refund and Returns Policy

At XPE Ventures, we aim to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we offer a return and exchange process under certain conditions.

Items are eligible for return if they are reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery, typically between seven to fourteen days. To qualify, products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and proof of purchase.

Due to the nature of certain products, some items cannot be returned. This includes consumables such as drinks, opened beauty products, and any customized or special-order items. These restrictions are in place to maintain hygiene, safety, and product integrity.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you are required to notify us within forty-eight hours of delivery, along with clear evidence such as photos. Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe after approval and are issued through the original payment method used during purchase. In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by our error.
